Palm Clean was started by two Brazilian families building our lives here in the United States. We were raised to believe that a home deserves care, responsibility and respect.
My co-founder Poliana and I clean homes ourselves. We treat yours the way we'd want someone to treat ours.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. Palm Clean brings standard cleaning supplies. If you prefer, we can use products you provide.
What areas do you serve?

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
That's what The Palm Clean Promise™ is for. If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right.
Can I book recurring cleaning?
Yes. You can choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly cleanings. Just pick how often when you get your price.
Do I need to be home?
When you book, let us know how we'll get in — whether you'll be home to let us in, or a door code, lockbox or gate code — in the access instructions. Our team will confirm the details with you before your cleaning.
Can I cancel my cleaning?
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your scheduled cleaning. If you cancel within 12 hours of your cleaning, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
How do I pay?
You pay securely online through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You won't be charged until your cleaning is complete.
Can you use my cleaning products?
Yes. When you book, choose "I prefer you use my supplies" and tell us which products you'd like us to use.
