How long will my cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home and the type of cleaning. When you get your price, we also estimate how much time your cleaning needs, so we only offer arrival times we can keep.
What's the difference between a standard and a deep cleaning?
A standard cleaning is regular upkeep for a home that's already in good shape. A deep cleaning goes further, with more detailed work and extra attention to built-up areas, so it takes longer and costs more. If it's been a while since your last professional cleaning, a deep cleaning is usually the better start.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. Palm Clean brings standard cleaning supplies. If you prefer, we can use products you provide.
Do I need to be home?
When you book, let us know how we'll get in — whether you'll be home to let us in, or a door code, lockbox or gate code — in the access instructions. Our team will confirm the details with you before your cleaning.
Can I cancel my cleaning?
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your scheduled cleaning. If you cancel within 12 hours of your cleaning, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
That's what The Palm Clean Promise™ is for. If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right.
